Our team began in the winter of 2011. We grew rapidly in our first year, and in our second year began receiving district recognition. Our team is a mixture of women (and a few men) from varying backgrounds. We have a broad spectrum of people and it's our diversity that gives us strength. I am proud of everyone on our team. We are like a giant puzzle. Each piece is important. Without all the pieces, you can not see the whole picture.
Julie came to Avon after a very successful career, culminating at The Georgia Ballet. When she stopped dancing she didn't know what was next, but was fascinated by a healthier financial future. She came to Avon looking to build a residual income that would lead to her ultimate goal of becoming a millionaire. She had dabbled with Avon previously, and when she began again in 2011, she was determined to make a full time income. Her first year she made Executive Unit Leader (comparable to Gold Leader) and Honor Society. She was able to replace her retail job with her Avon earnings one and a half years after the start of her business.
